MeRide provides access to verified motorbike ride-hailing services in Sierra Leone.
Citizens must provide accurate pickup and dropoff details, use the service lawfully, and treat riders respectfully. Riders must be onboarded by the business, complete KYC review, keep vehicle and license details current, follow safety standards, and only accept trips when they can complete them safely.
Riders must maintain a fresh accurate current location before going online or accepting trips. MeRide may review trip, location, payment, and notification records for safety, support, quality control, and dispute handling.
Cash and mobile-money payment request options may be available. Mobile-money requests are processed through the MeRide Laravel backend and connected provider integrations when those integrations are activated.
Users may request account deletion. Some operational records may be retained where needed for legal compliance, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, safety review, or audit.
Publish the production support email, phone number, and business address before public launch.
